Pave Stone

Whenever we go to my Gram's house, she likes us to paint pave stones so that she can place them in her garden. On time I didn't get to paint mine, so she asked me to write a poem on it. Here it is... :)

Pave Stone
Sitting, waiting
Dull and gray
Along comes the buyer
Ready to pay

It's prepared to be layed
On the ground so low
But what happens
Isn't so

With a swish and a flick
Gray turns to blue
Dull turns to bright
It's looking pretty and new

It's painted with bunnies,
Flowers and birds
Pink, green and blue
It's printed with words

With creativity
Paints, laughter and fun
This stone makes memories
Bright as the sun

I totally didn't mean to have that Harry Potter reference in there because I wrote it before I had read those books, but you know :)

Pseudo

I can get pretty random...

Pseudo
There is a word
That I know
When you say it out loud
It would be soo-doe

It's sound starts with an S
But it's spelled with a P
Sort of like other words
Like Knight and Knee

The word I'm talking about
Is Pseudo
I chose it 'cause it's strange
And when I saw it, I said, "Whoa"

P-S-E-U-D-O
Yeah, that's a word
I'd like everyone to know...

Oh, Raccoon

Sorry I haven't posted in a while... it's been really busy.. :)

Oh, Raccoon
Raccoon, oh, Raccoon
Your eyes are like a spoon
To see that you have a mask
On your eyes is no task

Raccoon, oh, Raccoon
You're as fat as the moon
And your favorite food is trash
Because you don't get it with cash

You're a sneaky little guy
Human's hate for you is high
You're a leader of a gang
If you could talk, you'd have slang

Raccoon, oh, Raccoon
I met you last noon
But I already know
I want you to go! :)
